Passport Requirements:
A valid passport is required for all guests traveling, including adults, children, and infants.


Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. If it is set to expire sooner, we strongly recommend renewing it before your trip.

Guests interested in larger suite accommodations, SLS Elite upgrades, swim-out suites, rooftop suites, or another room type not listed are invited to contact our wedding travel concierge for personalized booking assistance.

Our room block includes both luxury standard room options and SLS Elite upgraded accommodations.


Standard rooms offer the full SLS Playa Mujeres luxury experience, including beautifully designed rooms, private balconies, premium amenities, and full access to all wedding weekend events and resort offerings.


SLS Elite rooms are ideal for guests looking for an elevated VIP stay, featuring personal butler service, private check-in, exclusive pool and beach areas, upgraded room locations, premium beverages, and priority dinner reservations.


If there is another room style or suite you would prefer, our concierge team would be happy to help personalize the best fit for your stay.


Secure Your Stay:
Reserve your room with a $150 deposit per room by June 30, 2026, with the remaining balance due by December 15, 2026.


This flexible payment structure makes it easy to lock in your stay early and plan ahead for our wedding weekend in paradise.




Flight Planning:
We recommend booking flights into Cancún International Airport (CUN).


The resort is approximately 35–40 minutes from the airport, making for an easy arrival into paradise.


For the most relaxing and enjoyable wedding weekend experience, we highly recommend arriving on Thursday to settle in, enjoy the resort, and soak in every moment before the celebrations begin.


Airport Transportation:
Uber is available from the airport to the resort.


For guests who would prefer to travel with other wedding guests, private shared roundtrip transportation can also be arranged through our room block for $85 per person roundtrip.


Booking Deadline:
Please reserve your room by June 30, 2026 to ensure the best availability and preferred room selections.


Special Requests:
Special room requests are always welcome and are subject to availability upon arrival. The resort will do its very best to accommodate and honor all requests whenever possible.




Cancellation Policy:
Please review the room cancellation timeline carefully:


Booking through October 15, 2026: deposits are refundable


October 16, 2026 – December 15, 2026: deposits become non-refundable


December 16, 2026 through travel date: all room cancellations are non-refundable


Please note that the resort may charge fees for reducing the number of nights or guests after booking.


Name Changes:
Name changes are subject to resort approval at the time of the request, and additional fees may apply.


Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your payments in the event of cancellation or unexpected changes.
